Topbazaar.in offer a simple and easy 30-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

    All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

    All items purchased from Topbazaar.in  can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).

    The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a coupon code in their Topbazaar.in account.

    Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

•         The items should be unused and unwashed.
•         The packaging should have the original packaging and tags in place.
•         They should be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
•         They should not include lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, beachwear, accessories, beauty, socks and free items.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
  
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Topbazaar.in. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

You can return or exchange an item online at Topbazaar.in by following the below steps.

1.     Log in to the 'My Account' section at topbazaar.in.
2.     Choose the order that needs modification.
3.     Select the product to return or exchange and fill in the required information.

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.

*Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to Topbazaar.in. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have lost your return form, click here to print a new one.

Credit Returns

The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

    Cash refund via bank transfer into their account.
    A Coupon Code of the refund value in your Topbazaar.in account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at Topbazaar.in.
